Getting started with Quantum is free. You can manage your office and your clients for free. You only start paying when you upload clients to the different Quantum plans. Prices vary depending on the plan selected for each client, from €2.5 to €35 per month per client.

Quantum offers you four plans designed to adapt to the way you work with your clients and the specific needs of your consulting firm:
· Basic Plan (€2.5 per client/month): If you manage your clients' accounting and documents in a simple way, this plan allows you to automate key tasks such as tax filing, payroll and account reconciliation, and document management with a limit of 600 documents per year per client. It is ideal for offices that are beginning to digitalize and want to manage multiple clients without complications.
· Standard Plan (€5 per client/month): For consultants that look for a more seamless connection with their clients, this plan adds the client portal, allowing them to view their data in real time. It also includes a mobile app to facilitate communication and management from anywhere, as well as the ability to manage invoices and income more efficiently.
· Advanced Plan (€8 per client/month): If you want to provide your clients with real-time consulting on their income, expenses and cash flow, this plan is for you. It includes advanced features such as automated due date management, tax checklist and B2B E-Invoice, as well as a higher document limit (up to 2,000 per year). It is perfect for offices looking to optimize their processes and provide greater value to their clients.
· Premium Plan (35€ per client/month): Designed for consulting firms that manage clients with more complex business needs. This plan includes a multi-user ERP that allows you to work collaboratively with your client on a single business management platform. It offers human resource management, national and international invoicing (B2G and B2B), and an API to integrate Quantum with other tools in your consulting firm. In addition, it allows you to process up to 6,000 documents per client per year, offering complete control and the possibility of easy scaling.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Quantum allows you to select the plan that best suits each client based on their needs. When changing plans, the features available to that client and the corresponding price will be updated.
Yes, at Quantum you can assign different plans to each of your clients individually. The plan is not assigned per complete consulting firm, but each client can have a plan that fits their specific needs. This gives you the flexibility to manage your clients in a personalized way, choosing the appropriate plan according to the level of services that each one requires, from the Basic to the Premium plan. In this way you will only pay for the functionalities that you really use with each client, optimizing costs for your office.
